How to use it
Four steps.
Use Tor Browser
Recommended: download Tor Browser from torproject.org and open the .onion address shown on the platform, for maximum anonymity.
Start your report
On the home page press “Submit a report”, or enter your code to follow one you have already sent.
Fill in the form
Describe the facts, where and when they happened, and attach any evidence. Leaving contact details is optional.
Keep your code
At the end you receive a 16-digit code: use it to return, read replies and add information.

M&D S.r.l., Via Monte Santo 25, 00195 Rome. Privacy enquiries: amministrazione@emmedisrl.it. Reports are handled by an independent external manager, appointed as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
What data is processed
Identification and contact data only if you choose not to remain anonymous, the content of the report and any third-party data it contains. The GlobaLeaks platform does not log IP addresses or browser metadata.
Purpose and legal basis
Handling reports of breaches of national or EU law, in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (Art. 6.1(c) GDPR).
Confidentiality
The reporter's identity is not disclosed to anyone other than the external manager without their express consent. Data may only be shared with judicial authorities or ANAC where required.
Retention
For as long as needed to handle the report and in any case no longer than 5 years from notification of the final outcome.
