Variable-radius formwork
Formwork systems for tunnels and viaducts that adapt to different vault sizes without rebuilding the equipment.

Tunnels · Infrastructure · Since 2005
Excavation, ground consolidation, waterproofing, linings and specialist scarification for road, motorway and railway infrastructure. With our own fleet, including ATEX-certified equipment.
Who we are
Since 2005 we have worked where real experience matters: inside mountains, beneath cities, on viaducts and along the motorways and railways that connect the country. A hands-on culture born on site, built by people who make the difference.
What we do
From portal to invert, we deliver every phase of a tunnel with our own crews and equipment.

DiscoverAnatomy of a tunnel
Tap the points on the section to explore the work we carry out inside a tunnel.
Rock bolts, forepoling and radial anchors stabilise the ground around the opening, before and during excavation.
Conventional staged excavation, with steel ribs and sprayed concrete providing immediate support.
PVC membranes bonded to geotextile between primary support and lining keep groundwater out for the life of the tunnel.
Cast-in-place reinforced concrete crown and sidewalls, using variable-radius formwork designed and patented by the group.
Structural closure of the section and drainage pipes at the base to collect and discharge water.
On existing tunnels: scarification of deteriorated concrete and reconstruction of the lining.
