M&D was founded on an insight: the market for highly specialised work, in major projects as well as maintenance, offered great opportunities to companies combining technical expertise with an increasingly rare hands-on culture.
Today we work alongside leading general contractors and motorway operators as a reliable partner: technical specialisation, solid human and structural resources, and a lean, execution-driven organisation.

Founded
M&D was born from its founder's vision, backed by almost thirty years as an entrepreneur and technical manager in the construction and maintenance of major road infrastructure, with a focus on underground works: tunnels and shafts.
From Campania
Our first road and motorway tunnel contracts immediately showed the company's potential: hands-on know-how, organisation and targets consistently met.
Nationwide
From neighbouring regions to the whole of Italy: Lazio, Liguria, Campania, Piedmont, Trentino, Calabria, Marche. Every site expands our crews' expertise.
Rehabilitation and new works
Upgrading and rehabilitation of underground structures, new tunnels, ground consolidation (retaining walls, deep foundations, anchors) and foundation shafts, also in partnership with main contractors.
A specialist group
Four offices, a large fleet including ATEX units, group companies dedicated to each specialism, and management systems certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 39001.
